Hysteriala- A Slap Dance Studio Pole Recital

Signing on for a recital was one of the “Bucket list” item for this year.  This recital for a pole number is from the Slap Dance Studio.  I originally wanted to do the Pole Heels, as I have bought a new pair of heels but never really used it.  But the timing for the course is not very conducive.

Pole Studios in Singapore For Pole Practice

More and more pole studios are opening up in Singapore, I guess this is also because more people are taking up  this sport, at the same time due to space constraints at home, most learners are unable to fix a pole at home.  I used to have a pole at home before it got renovated, little did I know that my pole was on a faux ceiling all the while.  It is actually very dangerous but seems like nothing happened all the years.  I guess being a pole owner you really need to know more technicals etc.

Well, that being said, one of these days I will write something on owning a pole though.  For now , I guess the best choice is go to the studios.  Besides the usual classes, there are a few studios dedicated for pure Pole Practice.

Pole Dancing – Lyrical Pole Dance at Slap

June has passed rather quickly, taking a break from all the hurt that I had done to my legs, I realised that my old injury which occurred while in my Jakarta race last year had not been fully recovered. Since Ijen, which is my last race at the end of May. Though the race was not considered too tough to many, but I guess I was already getting a bit tired about running, so just enjoying every bits of the trail as I could.
